This is my first year as a rider and volunteer! In 2010, my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. He fought the good fight for nearly 3 years. I lost my best friend on 12/12/12. He had a wonderful care team in the suburbs of Chicago, where my parents built their lives together and our family for 40+ years. I'm riding in memory of my dad, James Richard Ehlert, who left us too soon.
